“Before issuing Unique Identity Card, first of all voters can be selected”, said the Ministry of Transportation and the Ministry of Technology. All the youngsters of Indian citizen below the age of 18 have been covered in the second phase of Unique Identity Card System. The officers from High Ministry arguing about such important Unique Identification System that due to photo, personal information as well as biometric information makes this Unique Identification Card System full proof.

Now, only one Unique Identification Card is sufficient to prove his/her identity and there is no need to any other document or proof for this reason. As a matter of fact, the Central Government of India has to take the decision about the use of Pan Card or Ration Card in daily life. The report that reveals the cost of making such system as well as the quantity of manpower required and its implementation can be expected to present in front of the parliament by Unique Identification authority at the end of this year i.e., 2008.

Pan Card, Ration Card and Voter ID are going to be obsolete. Some days back, I have been reading with this news in leading newspapers and my curiosity wake up to know more about it. It is the reason I am going to put all this information in front of you guys.

It is the fact that, peoples from Indian democracy has been suffered a lot to prove their identity at various times and everyone very well known to this fact. In today’s era, one can must go through the Ration Card, Pan Card, Address Proof of current stay, Domicile (the law states that residence where you have your permanent home or principal establishment and to where, whenever you are absent, you intend to return; every person is compelled to have one and only one domicile at a time) Certificate, Date of Birth Certificate and thousands of such proofs to be needed to prove one’s identity.

Now Indian government thinks over to flee from such type of interrogations (A formal systematic questioning) that has been based on British System. Now Central Government of India has been planned to issue a U (Unique) Identity Card to every Indian citizen up to the year 2010. According to the system of Unique Identity Card every Indian citizen can get a Unique Number. This is the identity of that particular person on which the history from his/her date of birth to the end of the life and even after his/her death has to be known as the Identity.
