Young generation thinks that the frequent job changes get the weightage to their resume. But the question is, does recruiting body get affected due to frequent job change? A HR personnel of a private company said frequent job change is harmful to entire career of the particular person and even interviewer also in doubt about the candidate's loyalty. So, it is the fact that many people have doubtful reservation of such candidates. Employer has also in doubt about their work evens for a short span in spite of the candidate had an unique ability or cleverness or he/she able to deliver the desired output to the organization.
