2010: The year of “U (Unique) Identity Card - 2

The personal information as well as biometric information can be recorded on this Unique Identity Card. There is no doubt that this is one of the good and new ideas to provide Unique Identity Card to every Indian citizen. To complete the target of providing Unique Identity Card to Indian citizen up to the year 2010, Central Government of India has been decided to take the first step in carrying out an action through the Unique Identity Authority in next coming days. This authority can be work under Planning Commission to get the effectiveness of this system.

“Before issuing Unique Identity Card, first of all voters can be selected”, said the Ministry of Transportation and the Ministry of Technology. All the youngsters of Indian citizen below the age of 18 have been covered in the second phase of Unique Identity Card System. The officers from High Ministry arguing about such important Unique Identification System that due to photo, personal information as well as biometric information makes this Unique Identification Card System full proof.

Now, only one Unique Identification Card is sufficient to prove his/her identity and there is no need to any other document or proof for this reason. As a matter of fact, the Central Government of India has to take the decision about the use of Pan Card or Ration Card in daily life. The report that reveals the cost of making such system as well as the quantity of manpower required and its implementation can be expected to present in front of the parliament by Unique Identification authority at the end of this year i.e., 2008.
