Burning Rainbow !!!

This is a BURNING RAINBOW, the rarest of all naturally occurring atmoshpheric phenomena.

This picture was captured this week by my friend "firecaster22" on the IDAHO/WASHINGTON border.

Clouds have to be cirrus, at least 20K feet in the air, with just the right amount of ice crystals and the SUN has to hit the clouds at precisely 58 degrees.

LOCAL PHONE CALL CHARGE : FREE up to 1,70,000 CALLS.

TOTAL EXPENSE for a MP (having NO QUALIFICATION) per YEAR : Rs. 32,00,000/- (i.e. 2.66 Lacs / Month)

TOTAL EXPENSE for 5 Years : Rs. 1,60,00,000/-

For 534 MP's the EXPENSES for 5 YEARS : Rs. 8,54,40,00,000/- (Nearly 855 Crores)
