Job Future in 2014

"Destiny is not a matter of chance; it is a matter of choice. It is not a thing to be waited for; it is a thing to be achieved." These lines by William J. Bryan truly hold their significance in today's 'recruitment' scenario.

It is true that recession has come to India with high heat. Inflation is at an all-time high in India. Prices are going up, and salaries are taking a major hit. There are no jobs in the market. On the other hand, India’s short-term debt maturing within a year stood at $172 billion end-March 2013. This means the India will have to pay back $172 billion by March 31, 2014.

Some days back I overcome a article that Campus hiring to slow down in 2014. It is well-said by Deepali Singh, business head, Firstnaukri.com that the uncertain economic conditions will continue to manifest themselves through a weaker demand for students in campus hiring. In fact, There will be an overall decline in campus hiring in 2014 and fewer students are expected to get employment right from the campuses next year, according to a survey released Tuesday.

Even though in today's recession in India, there is a good news that boosts the morale of every employee who is working in private sector. Yeah! It is proposed that the 2014 Global Financial Development Report (GFDR), finance can boost job creation, reduce vulnerability to shocks and GFDR can have a more central focus on capital market development issues.

If we look at the Global Employment Trend in 2013, Unemployment is on the rise again, as job creation slows across most regions. The rise in estimated global unemployment by 4.2  million in 2012 is one of the largest increases since the early 2000s, excluding the immediate crisis years. Reaching 197.3  million jobseekers in 2012, the number of unemployed is expected to rise further by about 5.1 million in 2013 and by 2.9 million in 2014 in the ILO’s baseline projection, which assumes effective policy action in the United States to avoid a sharp reduction in fiscal expenditures and successful resolution of the debt ceiling discussions and no intensification of the Euro area sovereign debt and banking crisis.

The economic slowdown is no longer a mere conversational statistic. The jobs squeeze. It is now hitting the middle class where it hurts most: In jobs. Two surveys, conducted by apex industry chambers FICCI and ASSOCHAM, released in the first week of September, confirm what head hunters and job portals have noticed for months: India Inc's pessimism about its business prospects, evident now for more than a year, has finally translated into a cut in hiring. So, stay tuned with current jobs in the private sectors till the election of 2014. Do you find any other options?

To Vote or Not To Vote : EVM-A Controversy in India

Is 'not to vote' a fundamental right of the citizen? In other words, can I or you prefer 'not to vote' in an election, and record this fact in front of the Presiding Officer, if we are not satisfied with the available choices of candidates on the EVM (Electronic Voting Machine)?

Well, even if there is no such provision exist anywhere in the Constitution of India, Rule 49 O of the Conduct of Election Rules, 1961 confers upon the voters, an option to NOT TO VOTE, if they wish so, and record this fact in the register of voters (with the Presiding Officer) so that no election fraud or misuse of voting takes place on that person's name later that day. But how many of us are aware about the existence of Rule 49 O?

Now look at the incidences recently happened.

An American computer scientist, J Alex Halderman, who had co-authored a study titled "India's EVMs are vulnerable to fraud", was not allowed to enter the country after landing at the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport here on Sunday evening. Airport sources said he would be deported, but offered no reason for the action. Why? It is the big question that Central Government need to explain as they exercising power or authority in the Indian Democracy.

For the instance, if we look at this title "India's EVMs are Vulnerable to Fraud". I don't think any sort of explanation need to explore here with. On the other hand, when Congress lost in Orissa they say EVM was tampered. Where is the transparency of Congress Government? Now, Congress threatened us if we speak about EVM's and deny that evm's can be tampered. How many of us clearly known to the fact of Right to Reject is section 49 O? So what is the Rule 49 O says?

What do you think about it? To Vote OR Not To Vote?

How to Shave Properly

Men go through a bizarre routine at various times of the week... Shaving! They start this complex and intimate process by scalding their face with hot water to open up the skin's pores. Then they cover their face with thick foam. Finally they scrape their face with a sharp blade to remove the unwanted hair. While this is a necessary routine for most men, the typical shaving foam they are using is full of chemicals and is not particularly good for their face.

All we know that how to shave? Learning how to shave can be a valuable skill to learn in your life. In fact, shaving is one of the most common and, by far, the most convenient method of hair removal for men and women alike. While there are many different skin areas to shave, a wide variety of implements to use and a great selection of methods to try, there are a few basic rules that everyone should follow when shaving.

There are 5 ways to shave but if you use following steps to shave; I think it will gives you a rich experience.

  • Rinse the area with warm water, then press a warm washcloth against it for a minute or two (to help soften up hairs to be shaved).
  •  Shave with short strokes in the direction of hair growth (not against the grain); don’t pull the skin and make sure to use a sharp razor every time.
  •  Aftershaves are okay to use (unless they cause a burning or tingling sensation that’s too uncomfortable); you can also try a moisturizer instead.
  •  If you experience razor burns (tiny bumps of inflammation), you may want a lotion like bacitracin (or another antibiotic lotion clindamyacin) to ease inflammation.
I think this preparation will help you to glide smoothly and slice the whisker instead of dragging and pulling at them. This reduces redness and irritation.
